    The CPBA is an intensive, skills-based programme aligned to the IIBA® BABOK®. It equips working and aspiring Business Analysts with deep, practical BA techniques - spanning planning & monitoring, elicitation & collaboration, analysis & design, and solution evaluation - so you can contribute confidently on real projects and accelerate your BA career.

    Delivery: Virtual live learning, interactive/practical sessions, group projects, and self-study.

    Assignments, presentations, tests, and exams with an overall course mark requirement of 50%.

    • Produce BA artefacts (business cases, user requirements, functional specifications)
    • Model processes, data, reports, and interfaces
    • Work effectively in plan-driven and change-driven (agile) environments
    • Contribute to BA deliverables across the organisation
